Definitely one of my favourite weddings to work on this year - I just loved the combination of flowers and colours that Sadie chose for her and Jay's summer wedding. And to make it even more special, their wedding took place in the fabulous country setting of Bassmead Manor Barns!

Sadie chose a bold colour scheme when she decided to mix her favourite golden yellow sunflowers with coral roses and touches of dusky pink to match the bridesmaids' dresses - and as you will see from the photos, the results were stunning! I really enjoyed finding the right flowers to pick up all the colours Sadie wanted to work with, which included coral Miss Piggy roses and antirrhinums, bright coral hypericum berries, dusky Mentha roses and touches of dainty gypsophila which helped to give the designs a rustic edge. This look was perfect for the barn setting and the open countryside around Bassmead.

Sadie looked simply gorgeous, as I'm sure you'll agree, and her bright sunny bouquet suited her so well. Keeping to the theme, Jay and his groomsmen wore navy suits with coral ties and Jay's Miss Piggy rose buttonhole provided the perfect finishing touch!

Many thanks to Sadie and Jay for letting me share some of their fantastic wedding photos. And of course my thanks also to the amazing Marcel Grabowski!

Hope you enjoy this beautiful wedding and if you would like to talk to me about how to make the most  of flowers at your own wedding, do please get in touch.
